The variable spring support hanger is mainly composed of a cylindrical spiral spring, a displacement indicator plate, a housing and an elastic nut.

Variable spring hanger is divided into seven types: A, B, C, D, E, F, G.

Type A -- threaded suspension type;

Type B -- single ear suspension type;

Type C - binaural suspension type;

Type D -- adjustment type;

Type E --- down regulation type;

Type F -- support type;

Type G - parallel suspension type;

Installation and use:

Installation:

Type 1.A

One end of the upper boom is connected with the root, and the other end is screwed into the screw hole of the spring support hanger, and is locked with a nut. The lower end of the flower basket nut is connected with the upper end of the hanger rod of the pipe by screw thread, and the rotating flower basket nut is used for lifting the pipe to the required installation position and then locking with a nut.

2.B, C

The upper end of the spring support hanger is connected with the hanger rod or the hanging plate, and the other end of the hanger rod and the hanging board root in the steel beam or the floor slab. Others are the same as type A.

Type 3.D

Fix the spring support hanger on the steel beam or floor with bolts. The boom is connected with the pipe through the hanger body, rotating the nut at the top, lifting the pipe to the required installation position, and then locking the nut. Type 4.E

Fix the spring support hanger on the steel beam or floor with bolts. Others are the same as type A.

Type 5.F

Fix the spring support bracket with bolts to the foundation, steel beam or floor, and support the horizontal pipe or the bottom of the curve. When the actual support height of the field is different from the design installation height, the load column can be rotated to fine tune. Its fine tune is between Lmax and Lmin. Spring model VS30F0 to 9 is + 6mm, VS30F10 to 24 is + 12.5mm, spring model VS60F, VS90F, VS120F, VS150F and VS180F are + 25mm.

Type 6.G

The revolving flower basket nut is used for tightening the suspender fixed on the steel beam or floor board, adjusting the hanger to the installation height of the design, and locking the nut of the flower basket with the nut.
