(1) by the installation load provided by the user by the manufacturer, with the upper and lower two positioning blocks, the indicator board of the spring support hanger is fixed at the position corresponding to the installation load so that the spring support hanger is temporarily in a rigid state.

(2) after the pipeline is cleaned and the hydraulic pressure test is carried out, the upper and lower locating blocks are removed, so that the pipe can be put into use.

(3) when the pipeline starts to run, first check whether the positioning block is properly dismantled, and then check whether the indicator board is stuck or not during the displacement from the installation load to the working load.

(4) after the pipeline is put into normal operation, check whether the displacement of the spring support and hanger is consistent with the design. When the pipe has stopped running, check that the indicator board is reset to the position of the mounting load.
